Why my WiFi is not working, but the internet connection is OK when on cable?

Please check if the option WiFi is enabled on your modem/router (check if the Wireless light is on; if using cable Techicolor modem/router, press the button on the right side of the modem).

If you use Combo Box device, restart the device by clicking the “Reset" button using a pin. The button is located on the upper side of the router.
