You can pay your A1 bills, free of charge, fast and simple, in any of the following manners:

• via the Mojot A1 mobile app, in the section “Bills”;
• by logging into the Mojot A1 web portal, in the section "Bills”;
• on our web page, on the following link: https://www.a1.mk/plati-smetka
• at any A1 store, at the self-service payment terminals.

You can also pay your bills at any A1 store; please note that MKD 15.00 fee applies per individual transaction. The charge will be invoiced in the next monthly bill.

In addition, you can also pay your A1 bill as follows:
• at any post office, by presenting your A1 bill or by filling out a payment order;
• at any bank: electronically, at bank’s desks or by filling out a payment order using any of the bank accounts bellow: NLB Banka 210-0706831002-12, Stopanska Banka 200-0029212758-54, Komercijalna Banka 300-0000038962-35, Halkbank 270-0706831001-22.
• at any Stopanska Banka or NLB banka ATM.
 

If you pay your bill using a payment order at a post office/bank, please enter the following information in the payment order:

• in the field "Recipient’s bank account", enter one of A1 bank accounts listed in the both, your electronic and hardcopy bill) – NLB Banka 210-0706831002-12, Stopanska Banka 200-0029212758-54, Komercijalna Banka 300-0000038962-35, Halkbank 270-0706831001-22.
• in the field “Reference Number", mandatory enter only the number of your A1 bill, with no additional text;

    You can find the 12-digit number of your A1 bill as follows: 

• in the “Mojot A1” mobile app, in the section "Bills” (when selecting the bill for the corresponding month, in the section "Bill Info”).
• on the “Mojot A1” web app, in the section “Bills” (in the “Bill Number” column);
• in the email sent by A1 (if you have registered to be sent electronic bills);
• on your A1 bill (both electronic and hardcopy).
• by sending free SMS with any text form your phone number to 14 500, and you will be sent SMS containing information on bill number (this service is only available to natural persons using mobile lines).
• call the A1 Contact Center at 077 1234.
