Experiencing issues with the sound or TV channel color quality SAGEM STB set-top box (white)

If you are experiencing issues with TV channel sound, please check if the SCART cable is properly plugged into set-top box’s TV output. Preferably, unplug and plug in the SCART cable again on both ends – on the set-top box end and on your TV end.

If the issue still persists, please unplug the SCART cable from the current output on your set-top box and plug it into the other output (AUX) on the set-top box. In this manner, you will be required to make all your sound correction commands (both volume up and volume down) via your TV remote control.

The same procedure applies in the case you are experiencing any issue with the color quality of the TV channels. Plug off and plug in again your SCART cable on both ends - on the set-top box end and on your TV output end. If the issue persists, get another SCART cable and try again.
