These are the potential causes:

  • The contact timeframe we guarantee has still not expired;
  • Incorrect customer data entered – as a result, the order might be rejected as invalid;
  • Other technical reason due to which order status has not changed (please call our A1 Contact Center to report the issue and our agents will advise you on the cause).
