What do I need to do if I lose my eSIM voucher?

You need to file a report with the A1 Contact Center, so the eSIM voucher can be deactivated and next, you can ask for new eSIM voucher at any of our A1 stores. The new eSIM profile can be activated in the same manner as the initial activation.

Your eSIM data and tariff plan are safe as long as your profile from the initial activation is active (from the lost eSIM voucher) on your device.
