A1 Management

Metodija Mirchev started his career in the FMCG industry in Poland by holding managerial positions in several international companies. Before moving into the telecom industry, he held an executive position in L'Oréal Poland.

In 2005, he was appointed Head of Sales at Cosmofon, and two years later he became Chief Commercial Officer. In 2011 he was appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at One, and in 2013 he was promoted to Executive Member of the Board of Directors as Chief Operating Officer.

He holds an MBA from several prestigious business schools such as London Business School, HEC Paris and NHH Norway.

He was appointed Executive Director of A1 Makedonija in January 2020, and in April 2024 he was promoted to the position of CEO.

Goran Angjeleski started his successful career at Makedonski Telekom in 2006. A year later, he became part of A1 Makedonija team, i.e. VIP operator at that time. He quickly built his career in the company through several managerial positions in the financial sector, but also as a member of the key team for the acquisition and integration of the third mobile operator and several cable operators on the Macedonian market, as well as the implementation of the processes after the acquisition.

In June 2022, he assumed the position of Chief Finance Officer for A1 Makedonija and A1 Croatia and continued to perform the same position for A1 Makedonija from April 2024.

Dejan Zendelov has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, especially in the area of operations and network maintenance. He worked on the merger of the two mobile operators as well as on the merger of mobile and fixed domains. He has performed several functions in the company as Head of Network Operations, Service Management and Platforms Operations Manager. In April 2024, he took over the position of Network Director at A1 Makedonija.

He studied at the " Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University, Telecommunications Department, where he graduated in 1997.

Mladen has 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, his specialty is business support IT systems. A significant contribution has been made to the consolidation of both mobile operators and fixed operators into one converged telecommunications operator. In 2019, he took over the position of Senior Lead Service and Resource Management Engineer, and in 2021 he took up the position of Manager of CRM, responsible for solution design, development, maintenance and operations of CRM, provisioning systems, activation platforms workflow, workforce systems, etc. In 2022, he became Head of Business Support Systems. Since April 2024, he has held the position of IT and Services Director of A1 Makedonija.

Gjorgjioski graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, where he obtained a degree in computer science.

Elena holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics, is a graduate professor of English language and literature and holds a MSC in Human Resources Management. She started her career at ProCredit Banka where she worked in several different positions, including managerial, then at Vip as part of the Product Marketing Sector. She continues her career at Vip as Residential Segment Manager, Marketing Director, Residential Sales Director and Marketing Director. Since September 2021, she has held the position of Marketing and Digital Transformation Director. She participated in the most significant projects in the company such as the merger of the operators One, Vip and Blizoo, as well as the rebranding project in A1. She is a co-founder and member of the Management Board of the Macedonian Association for Customer Employee Experience.

Aleksandar builds his successful career in telecommunications in various managerial positions. He started as a Store Manager in 2003, shortly after moving to the position of Store Supervisor and in 2009 as a Sales Manager. He continues his career in managerial positions in large companies such as Gemak GTS, MEPSO and ESM, and in 2021 becomes Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ELEM Trade. In 2021 he became Sales Director of A1 Makedonija.

He graduated from the "Ss. Cyril and Methodius University ", economic policy and development. He has gained many awards and recognitions for leadership and motivation, professional excellence, management development simulation, and many more.

Stevcho gained his rich work experience in telecommunications, ICT and sales through the years working at Makedonski Telekom in managerial positions as Business Sales Director and Business Marketing and Sales Director. He became part of the A1 Makedonija team in 2019 in the position of B2B Marketing and Sales Director, and later B2B and ICT Sales Director.

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the "Ss. Cyril and Methodius “University in 1999, Telecommunications Department. He holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield, as well as certificates for realized educations in the field of strategic management from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, European School of Management and Technology in Berlin, Cotrugli Business School, Zagreb and Kellogg School of Management, Chicago.

He also holds technical certificates in the field of network technologies, cybersecurity and project management.

Borche graduated from the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law in Skopje in 2007. He started his career at the telecommunications company Cosmofon in 2009 as an agent at the Call Center. His progress is impressive – in 2010 he became responsible for the team at the Contact Center, and in February 2014 he became the Head of the Customer Contact Center at One. He has been the Head of the Customer Contact Center of A1 Makedonija since 2019. In April 2024, he assumed the position of Customer Service Director of A1 Makedonija.

Stefan began his career in 1998, and already in 2002 he became part of the telecommunications company Cosmofon, in several managerial positions: Compensation and Benefits Manager, HR Manager and HR and Legal Manager, Chief Administration Officer, and since 2015 he has been the Head of the Human Resources Department. In 2023, he headed the company Leanworks, which is part of the A1 Telecom Austria Group, as Managing Director. He assumes the position of Head of Human Resources and Culture in A1 Makedonija in April 2024.

He graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Economics in Skopje and received his master's degree at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje at the "Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University. Possesses many recognitions and certifications related to employee development in order to fully utilize their work potential, as well as establishment of organizational culture and leadership, change management and capacity development of leaders.
