Roaming Bundles in Western Balkan Countries

Activate A1 Roam Surf Balkan bundle and surf carefree in the countries of the Western Balkan – Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bundles are available to all A1 Postpaid and A1 Prepaid customers and are valid for all networks.

By activating any of the bundles above, you will have complete control over your internet data costs while in roaming, as once you use up the roaming internet data included in your bundle or your respective tariff plan, your internet access will be automatically terminated. To continue using internet while in roaming, you can activate an additional roaming bundle. When activating additional roaming bundle, you will be sent SMS containing notification that the additional bundle of your choice has been successfully activated.

To check the remaining internet data in roaming, use your My A1 mobile app or send SMS to 1490 with the text "STATUS INTERNET".

Customers can activate up to 10 different roaming internet bundles simultaneously.

A1 Roam All roaming packages allow you to control your internet data costs in roaming. Once your internet data included in the package has been used up, your internet access will be terminated and you will be protected against any unwanted costs in a period of 30 days as of the activation. To continue using internet data in roaming, you can re-activate any additional roaming package. If you are transferred to a network of a roaming carrier not included in the package, your internet access will be cancelled and you will be sent SMS containing instructions on how to continue using internet data in roaming.

• Roaming packages can be activated by all postpaid users having activated the roaming service. Users can activate up to 5 different roaming internet packages simultaneously.
• When sending MMS, please note that the size of the MMS sent will be deducted from the internet data included in the package. MMS fee amounting 17.7 MKD applies, VAT inclusive.
• Once the traffic included in the package has been used up, all roaming services will be charged based on the standard roaming tariffs applicable.
