You can change the tariff in person, in one of our sales halls or in the stores of our partners marked with the A1 brand with a personal identification document or through our My A1 application.
You can change the tariff if you meet the conditions for changing the tariff, which depend on the tariff you use.
If you meet the conditions for changing the tariff model from the tariff you are using, it is necessary that all open accounts with past payment terms be settled in full.
