How do I activate a package?
A talk or internet package can be activated:
• by calling the voice machine at the number 1414; or
• through the application "My A1" (mobile version or web version) in the "Packages or Additional packages and services" section.
If you have enough credit on your account to reactivate the package, it is automatically extended depending on its validity (1 day, 7 days or 30 days), if you have not previously deactivated the package.
