А1 Ultra traiff plans are available based on entering new or renewing an existing 24-month service agreement. To use the 5G service, you need to be at a location with 5G network coverage and to own a mobile phone supporting 5G technology. The availability of the 5G service in various models of mobile phones depends on the manufacturers, and A1 is guaranteeing the availability of 5G in devices purchased exclusively at A1 stores. Fair use policy of 150 GB/month applies to tariff plans featuring unlimited internet data due to protection against potential misuse.

Update the My A1 app to be able to make the exchange of the internet saved up in A1 Net Sef.

The exchange option is available for the A1 Ultra M, A1 Ultra L and A1 Ultra XL tariff plans. After the exchange of the data saved up in A1 Net Sef for a service of your choice, the new status of the internet saved up in A1 Net Sef will appear. The bundle will be active once it appears in the active services list in My A1. Once the exchange is made, you will be able to continue saving up your unused monthly internet data in A1 Net Sef.

Customers are allowed to make several exchanges in one month, but they can only activate the same bundle once in a 30-day period. All bundles which are available for exchange can be combined with other commercial bundles.
