How can I renew my service agreement for a postpaid line?
You can renew your service agreement for a postpaid line three months prior to previous service agreement expiry. This can only be done based on a valid personal identification document:
- At the closest A1 store,
- Online, via our E-Shop available at www.a1.mk/e-shop, by filling out the order forms; or
- Via our A1 Life Shop: https://www.a1.mk/liveshop, to get detailed information regarding your service agreement.
You can check the status of your service agreement for your number as follows:
- In the Mojot A1 mobile app, in the field “More“ -> “My Profile“ -> “More“; or
- On the Mojot A1 web platform, in the field "Status".
