When can I renew a contract on a postpaid line?
You can renew your postpaid line contract two months before the contract expires. You can make this change with a valid personal identification document:
• by calling the Contact Center at the number 077 1234;
• in the nearest A1 point of sale;
• online through our "E-Shop" www.a1.mk/e-shop, where you need to fill in the order forms; or
• through our A1 Live Shop: https://www.a1.mk/liveshop and to receive detailed information regarding your contract.
You can check the contractual obligation of your number through:
• our virtual expert A1 Guru - Slavco - https://www.a1.mk/a1Guru;
• the My A1 mobile application in the field "More" -> "My profile" -> "More"; or
• on the "My A1" web platform in the "Status" field.
