How can I get detailed bill?

A detailed view where you have a complete overview of the issued bills from the last 12 months, and a detailed overview (calls and events) of the bills issued in the last 5 months can be checked through "My A1" by logging in:
• on the "My A1" mobile application in the "Accounts - List of accounts" section (it is necessary to click on the account for the corresponding month, which will transfer you to the "Account information" - Detailed account section); or
• on the "My A1" web portal in the "Accounts - Overview of accounts" section.

A detailed bill (paper form) can be issued in the nearest A1 sales hall, with a personal request submitted by the holder of the contractual obligation.
