How can I check the current status of my account?
You can check the current status of your account in several ways:
• through the "My A1" mobile application in the "Condition" section;
• through the "My A1" web portal, select the "Status - Current status" option;
• by SMS to the number 1278 with the text SMETKA (the message is free);
• by calling the number 1278 by following the instructions from the postpaid menu (the call is free); or
• by calling the number 077 1234 by following the instructions from the postpaid menu (by pressing the numbers 2, then 1).
The current situation is of an informative nature and does not include monthly subscriptions, one-time fees, discounts or costs incurred in roaming.
