How can I get my bill on my email?
You can get your bill by email by activating the "E-Bill" option.
Activate the “E-Bill” service in one of the following manners:
- using the E-Bill Activation form;
- via the Mojot A1 mobile app (download the Mojot A1 mobile app from Google Play/ App Store , create a profile and log in, and select the option "E-Bill" in the "Bills" section);
- by sending SMS with text “START” to the toll-free number 140 410;
- by calling the A1 Contact Center on 077 1234.
Once this service is activated, you will no longer be sent hardcopy of your bill; instead on your email, you will be sent as follows:
- invoice number, as well as the amount of your monthly bill;
- PDF document of your monthly invoice.
Once the “E-Bill” service is activated, the next bill will be sent to your email address.
The option to activate the “E-Bill” online or by sending SMS is only available to private mobile service users. If you are a business customer, please contact your business agent to activate your “E-Bill”.
