When can I get a new device (phone/TV/laptop/smart device)?
If you are an existing user of A1 convergent services and need a new device, you can do the same at any time regardless of when your contractual obligation is. In addition, the option of a new device when renewing an existing one or concluding a new 24-month contract continues to apply.
