Will I be charged for mobile internet if I use it abroad?

Yes, you will be charged according to roaming rates in the country you are staying in. Attached is a list of countries and operators: https://www.A1.mk/postpejd/roaming-partneri.

From 1.7.2021, a change was made in the roaming mode - RLAH (Roam Like At Home), during which the same conditions as within the home network are applied. RLAH applies between the countries of the "Western Balkans" (WB6) and includes the following countries: Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo.

For complete cost protection, you can activate a package for mobile internet in roaming, with which you will have complete protection from unwanted costs, and at the same time have a different experience where you have all the information on your smartphone just as if you were at home. In addition, if you do not want to use mobile Internet while roaming, you can activate "Prohibition of using Internet while roaming" through the application "My A1" (mobile application).
