Mojot A1 is a digital channel allowing customers using A1 services to make various checks via their mobile devices (phone, tablet) or on the web platform as follows:

• own subscription data,
• realized traffic,
• invoice review,
• overview costs which have still not been invoiced for mobile telephony services, fixed telephony services, and fixed services;
• how to activate and deactivate certain types of services for a given subscription line.

Postpaid customers can use the app to pay bills, and prepaid customers can top up their phone, anytime, anywhere.

The data available via the app are of informative character and will by no means represent a substitute to the regular monthly bill sent to customers.

The Mojot A1 app can be downloaded on your device/tablet free of charge from Google Play, App Store or the Huawei AppGallery.
