What is "My A1"?

"My A1" is a digital channel, which allows the users of A1 services to check through a mobile device (phone, tablet) or through the web platform of:
• own subscriber data;
• realized traffic;
• review of invoices;
• review of uninvoiced fees for used services from mobile telephony, fixed telephony and fixed services; as well as 
• activation and deactivation of a certain type of service for a certain subscriber line.

Through the application itself, postpaid users can pay their bills, while prepaid users can top up their credit, from anywhere, at any time.

The data available through the application is informative and does not represent a substitute for the regular monthly bill sent to the user.

You can download the app "My A1" for free from Google Play, App Store or the Huawei AppGallery on your mobile device/tablet.
