Is there an option to defer bill payment via the Mojot A1 mobile app?
Postpaid users can send a request to delay payment of the bill through the mobile application "My A1": "Bills" -> "Delay payment".
Depending on the rules for using and activating this option, immediately after sending the request, the user receives a response in the application about whether he has been granted a payment delay.
The option to send a bill payment deferral request in the mobile application will be available only if the logged-in user has an outstanding debt. If the user has no open debt, this option will not be visible.
The option to send a bill payment deferral request is available to Advanced and Main profile users.
