Logging into the Mojot A1 mobile app

After the starting the Mojot A1 mobile app, users will be prompted to login using any of the following manners:

If you have already created a profile, you will be asked to log in using the A1 mobile subscription number, and you will be sent username and password. Users can also register via the mobile app or on the Mojot A1 portal accessible on our webpage www.A1.mk.

If you have already created username and password via the mobile app or the My A1 portal, please use the created username to log into the app.

In addition, you can log in using your mobile phone number. After selecting the option “Logging with Number”, you will be send SMS containing code to enter the app menu. When logging in using your subscription number, you will only access a limited set of functionalities in the Mojot A1 menu.

The third option for logging into the Mojot A1 app is the automatic “Fast Login” option, and you will not be required to enter any codes or usernames. All you need to do is select the “Fast Login" option on the home screen of the app. When using this option to log in, you will be logged in temporarily and will have the same privileges as when logging in using the “Logging with Number” option. For the "Fast Login" option to be operational, you need to activate the app on your phone via mobile data, and you need to delete the proxy in data settings. This means that postpaid residential users will have Advanced privileges, postpaid business users will have Basic privileges, while prepaid customers will have standard Prepaid login privileges.
