Logging into the Mojot A1 mobile app

After launching the "My A1" mobile application, you need to log in in one of the following ways:

1. If you do not have an existing account, you need to register with the mobile subscriber number from A1, during which you will receive a username and password. Registration can be done through the mobile application or on the "My A1" portal on our website www.A1.mk

2. If you have already created a username and password through the mobile application or on the "My A1" portal, use the already created username for each login to the application.
You can also log in with your mobile number. After selecting the "Login with number" option, you will receive an SMS message with a code to enter the application menu. When logging in with a subscriber number only, a limited set of functionalities from the "My A1" menu will be available to you.

3. The third option for login in "My A1" is automatic "quick login", without using codes and username. All you have to do is select the "Quick Login" option from the app's initial login screen. With the automatic login, i.e. fast login, you log in temporarily, with the same privileges as with "Login with number".
In order for "quick login" to work, you need to enable the application on your phone via mobile internet and delete the proxy in the internet settings. This means that if it is a postpaid resident user, he will have advanced privileges (Advanced), if it is a postpaid business user he will have access to basic privileges (Basic), while a prepaid user will have privileges as a standard prepaid login type ( Prepaid).
