How do I download the My A1 mobile app and is it free to use?
You can download the application "My A1" for free from Google Play, App Store or the Huawei AppGallery on your mobile device/tablet and using all its functionalities is free.
When activating/purchasing the additional packages and/or other services, in the "My A1" application you have the opportunity to see the price of the packages or services and confirm the activation. After successful activation, the price of the selected package or service will be invoiced in your monthly bill.
If you are a prepaid user, the payment for the activation of additional packages and services is made at the time of activation and the amount is deducted from your credit.
