How do I create a username on the My A1 mobile app?

Click on the link – New User.

Select the type of services you use:
• mobile and convergent (select the "Mobile" box if you have at least one A1 mobile subscriber number); or
• landline services (select this box if you only have landline services from A1)
Enter your phone number in the marked field.
Then click "Send SMS Code".
You will receive a security code in the SMS message that you need to enter in the marked field and then click on "Sign in".
You need to enter the password from the subscription agreement for the corresponding phone number. This field is not mandatory, but if it is not filled in, you will have limited privileges, that is, you will not have access to the data for all services that are under your subscription contract. If you have more services than A1 under the same subscription contract, we advise you to enter the password and get Master privileges.

Subscriber contract is the contract signed upon activation of the telephone number. If you do not know the password, please call the Contact Center (077 1234).
Enter your data.

If you have successfully created your username, information about successful registration will appear.

Enter the created username and password and click "Login". In this step, you have the option to choose whether to log in long-term with the "Remember me" option turned on, or temporarily - for which you need to turn off the "Remember me" option.
If you have already created a username from the above steps, during registration you will see a list of usernames that you have already created in the past for the subscriber number from which you are logging in. You will have the option to select the username you want to log in with from the list and a new password for that account will be sent to you via SMS.
