Once you log into the Mojot A1 mobile app, you can change your password as follows - go to the "My Profile" section of the menu on the left, and then click "Password Change", enter the new password and click "Save".

Once you log into the Mojot A1 app, you can change your password from your user profile as follows:

More -> My Profile -> Password and Security -> Password Change -> Enter Current Password -> Enter New Password and confirm it.

Click the "Save" button to save the changed password for the user profile you are currently logged in.

Or, use the Mojot A1 web platform, and go to "My Profile" -> “Password Change".

If you are not able to log into the mobile app in case you have forgotten your password, go to “Forgotten Password” on app’s homepage, enter your mobile or fixed phone number and you will sent SMS code to your mobile number or the contact mobile number provided (in case you log in via fixed phone number). Once you have entered the code correctly, you will see the list of usernames you have created for the specific subscription number, select which username you would like to use to log in and the new password will be sent by SMS. Once you receive the new password, you should be able to log in using the username and the new password. Once you log into the app, you can access the menu of the app to change your password.
