How to change my IVR language?
Current customers have 2 ways of changing language:
• call 0771234 and select 4 to change language; or
• call 1770, select 3 for change, and next, select 2 to change the language.
New customers will be prompted to select the language of their choice upon the first call to 077 1234. Select the language of your choice.
