I have difficulties with sound or color on the TV SAGEM STB receiver (white)
If you have a problem with the sound of the television channels, check if the Scart cable is properly inserted into the TV output of the receiver. It is advisable to remove and reconnect the scart cable in both places - both on the digital receiver and in your TV.
If the difficulty persists, please remove the scart cable from the existing output of the digital receiver and insert it into the other output (AUX) of the receiver. In this way, all sound correction commands (reduction and amplification) will need to be done via the remote control from your TV.
Proceed in the same way in case of a problem with the color reception of TV channels. That is, remove and reinsert your scart cable in both places - both in the output of the digital receiver and in the output of your TV. If the problem persists, please get another scart cable and try the new one.
