You can order a device online through the following steps:

1. In the "Devices" section of the main menu, all devices that you can buy through A1 Macedonia are displayed.
2. Select one of the options offered under Device Type (eg Phones), which opens a catalog with all available devices.
3. You select the device you want to buy and check if it is available online.
4. On the right side, through the "Change" button, you select the desired tariff or, if you wish, you can select the "Only device" option.
5. In case the device is available online, the "Order" button appears in the right part.
6. After clicking on "Order", if you have selected a tariff, you enter the online order steps, where you can choose whether you want to make a new contract, renew an existing contract, change from A1 Prepaid to A1 Postpaid, or , to switch a number from another operator to A1.
7. If you have selected only a device, you will be taken to a step where you have to fill in a 8. form with your personal data.
8. If you have an amount to pay, after successfully entering the data, you will be redirected to the billing service.
