I placed an online order through the website but no one has contacted me?

In case you have placed an online order, but none of our agents have contacted you yet, please call our A1 Contact Center on 077 1234, in order to check the status of the order.
The following reasons are possible:
• The time frame we guarantee for contact has not yet passed;
• Incorrect user data entered - after which the order was rejected as invalid; or
• Another technical reason why the status of the order has not changed (the reason will be known to you after reporting the problem to our agents in the A1 Contact Center).
