Difficulties logging into the A1 Xplore TV mobile app

If you have difficulties logging into the A1 Xplore TV mobile application from Huawei or Xiaomi mobile devices, you need to do the following steps:

1. If you use the application via mobile internet, you need to switch to a Wi-Fi network and try to log in to the application again;
2. Select Settings - SIM cards & Mobile Networks - select the SIM card on which you want to set SIM 1 or SIM 2 - Access Point Names.
The Proxy field should be empty, if there is data you need to delete it and save the change.
