Difficulties logging into the A1 Xplore TV mobile app

If you have difficulties logging into A1 Xplore TV mobile app from Huawei or Xiaomi mobile devices, please try the following steps:

  1. If you use the app via mobile data, please switch to a Wi-Fi network and try logging into the app again
  2. Follow the steps shown on the images below:
