If you are a business person and want to conclude a subscription contract for the use of telecommunications services from A1, you need to visit the nearest A1 sales point and submit the following documents:
1. Request to establish a subscriber relationship with A1;
2. Consent to verify the solvency, (consent to submit a report from the Macedonian Credit Bureau AD Skopje);
3. Statement of the current status of the legal entity issued by the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia, not older than 1 month;
4. Valid stamp from the legal entity;
5. Signature card of the giro account of the legal entity issued by an authorized person in the bank - depositor;
6. Bank account statement not older than 30 days;
7. Identity card or passport of the person signing the contract (legal representative, employee or third party, who is authorized by a notarized power of attorney) - for inspection; and
8. If the applicant requires a service for which there is installation of equipment, the installation address should be confirmed with the attached documents when submitting the request for activation. As a confirmation of the installation address, a valid document must be submitted as proof of ownership of the property - lease agreement, purchase agreement, title deed.
