I lost a mobile device with an eSIM in it, what should I do?
In case you have lost your mobile device, be sure to report the loss to the A1 Contact Center at the number 077 1234, so that we can temporarily disconnect your line.
Then you need to ask for a new eSIM voucher at A1 sales points.
You can activate the new eSIM profile in the same way as the first activation.
