What if I lose my eSIM voucher?

It is necessary to report to the A1 Contact Center on the number 077 1234 that the voucher has been lost in order to deactivate it and to request a new eSIM voucher in A1 sales points. You can activate the new eSIM profile in the same way as during the first activation.

Your eSIM data and tariff are safe as long as your profile is active from the first activation (from the lost eSIM voucher) of your device.
