How do I conclude a subscription contract for fixed services?
If you want to conclude a contract for fixed services, you can apply through:
• call the Contact Center at the number 077 1234;
• our "E-Shop" at the following link: https://www.A1.mk/e-shop; or through
• our "A1 Live Shop": https://www.A1.mk/liveshop where through the virtual shop you can chat with our sales agents live, wherever you are, and get detailed information about all our products and services .
After your application, a check will be made for the technical possibility of installing the service package at the requested address. Of course, if there is a technical possibility at your address, the subscription contract will be concluded.
You can also conclude a contract at the nearest A1 point of sale, by presenting a valid personal identification document (ID card or passport).
