How can I enter subscription service agreement for fixed services?
If you wish to activate fixed services bundle, you can apply online, as follows:
- via our E-shop on the following link: www.a1.mk/e-shop or via
- via our A1 Life Shop: https://www.a1.mk/liveshop; this virtual store allows you to talk to our sales agents live, no matter where you are, and to get detailed information on all of our products and services.
Once you file your application, we will check the technical options for installing the service bundle at the requested address. The requested bundle will be activated only if there are technical possibilities for installing the equipment at the specific address. If technical requirements have been met, you will be able to enter a subscription service agreement.
You can also sign a service agreement at the closest A1 store where you will be required to present a valid personal identification document (personal ID card or passport).
