It does not read the program card, what should I do?

It is necessary to check whether the card is correctly inserted into the TV. The card should be inserted with the chip facing out and the chip entering the TV first.

SAGEM STB receiver (white)
If you use a white receiver - Sagem, you need to insert the card into the receiver with the chip facing up. Immediately afterwards it will be necessary to restart the digital receiver from the power source.

STRONG STB receiver (black)
If you use a black receiver - Strong, you need to insert the card into the receiver with the chip facing up. Make sure the card is inserted correctly, remove it and put the card back in the receiver. Immediately afterwards it will be necessary to restart the digital receiver from the power source.
If in this way you fail to fix the difficulty, it will be necessary to do a factory reset of the device. The factory reset procedure is as follows:
Select "Menu" on the remote control of the digital receiver, then select - "Setup" then the field "Factory reset" and select "OK". In this way, the device will start the factory reset, which will restore all the settings as they were at the beginning. Wait for the factory reset process to complete and your device to turn on.

KAON 1701D DVB-T (black)
The "Insert Program Card" message may appear when the program card is not inserted in the receiver, or is inserted incorrectly. The card slot is on the right (viewed from the front) and the card is inserted with the chip facing down (bottom).
